Your Complete Player Agreement

01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To create and maintain a 999n account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999n enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform or regulatory list.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy player in any capacity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 999n. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed. Any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts may be voided at 999n's sole discretion. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support via Live Chat immediately.

02 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 999n login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activities conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility unless you notify 999n of a security breach immediately upon discovery.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow another individual to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You should use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• You must notify 999n immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 999n will never request your password via any communication channel including Live Chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

999n reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend an account if unusual activity is detected, multiple failed login attempts are recorded, or a security concern is raised. During any such lock period, the player will be contacted via their registered mobile number to verify identity before access is restored.

03 Deposits & Payment Methods

999n supports deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to the player's account balance in PKR. No currency conversion is applied.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer timelines may vary based on the processing schedule of the respective institution.
• 999n does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in another party's name. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered to the 999n account holder.
• 999n does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• If a deposit is credited incorrectly or fails to appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact 999n support via Live Chat with your transaction reference number.

04 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before any withdrawal is released.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals requested to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 working days.
• 999n reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's compliance systems.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, 999n may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. The player will be notified promptly.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

999n offers bonuses and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as displayed at the time of the promotion. The following general principles apply to all 999n bonuses:

• Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any pattern of play that appears designed to exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• 999n reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 999n — whether on cricket markets, live casino tables, slot games, Teen Patti, Aviator, or any other product — are governed by these Terms and the specific game or market rules as displayed within each product.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 999n will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game (e.g., a disconnection during a live casino round), 999n's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. The decision of 999n's technical team is final in such circumstances.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). 999n reserves the right to void markets where insufficient overs have been completed, where a match is abandoned, or where results cannot be verified.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are visible in the betting interface. These limits exist to protect the financial integrity of the platform.
• 999n uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for all non-live games. Outcomes are independently audited for statistical fairness.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999n platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hands or strategies in live poker or Teen Patti games.
• Using two or more accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering in any form.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or pricing errors to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with any part of the 999n platform's technology.

08 Responsible Gaming

999n is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We build tools directly into the platform to help players manage their activity, and we take our obligations under international licensing standards seriously.

• Age Restriction: The platform is restricted to players aged 21 and above. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds returned.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players can configure session time alerts to remind them how long they have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by 999n is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this Agreement. By creating a 999n account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected by 999n is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• 999n does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored on secure servers and protected using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable international law, 999n and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 999n has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss caused by events outside 999n's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet provider issues, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotions, or content displayed on the platform where such content is subsequently found to contain an error.

In all circumstances, 999n's total cumulative liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to 999n in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

999n reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Account inactivity exceeding a period determined by 999n's operational policies.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not resulting from a breach or fraud finding), any verified balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Balances held in accounts closed due to breach may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 999n via Live Chat. Voluntary closure does not affect a player's right to withdraw their verified balance before closure is completed.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 999n's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and 999n relating to these Terms or the use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: The player must first contact 999n's support team via Live Chat or email, setting out the nature of the dispute in writing.
2. Internal Review: 999n will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a written decision within 14 calendar days.
3. Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under 999n's operating licence.

Players agree that, to the extent permitted by law, any claim against 999n must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999n and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Failure by 999n to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
• Assignment: 999n may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
